However, Being IT disclaims any responsible for the privacy policies and practices of other websites you may access using links from its website, services and/or products. In additional to the “Collection and Use of Personal Information” the following applies when using HCS Mobile Applications.
All data between remote site and mobile application is routed through our cloud servers. Data will never be forwarded or shared with an 3rd part vendor unless written consent has been provided to do so. No data will be stored on the cloud router; all data will be processed in-memory and only available for the time required to process requested action(s) before disposed.
Password(s) is never stored on the device nor on the cloud router. Password(s) are always encrypted in the device memory and during transmission to remote site (through cloud router) to authenticate the user. Data transmitted is not end-to-end encrypted.
Camera access is required in app only for the sole purpose to scan a QR Code for simple setup of the connection to your remote site.
